Join us for an eight-week Tuesday yoga class with Barbara Wood in the Rose Pavilion every Tuesday from March 12–April 30, 8:30–10am.
Yoga at Descanso Gardens is based on Hatha Yoga, which includes stretches, strengthening poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement. The practice adapts to individual needs.
Rejuvenate your body and mind with a 25-minute garden walk and 60-minute yoga breath and movement practice.

About the instructor
Barbara Wood, a former modern dancer, teaches Hatha Yoga for the last ten years. Her style is influenced by Alignment Release Technique and F.M.Alexander Technique. She’s trained and registered as a Yoga for Osteoporosis and Yoga for Back therapist.
