Wearable Nature Art Workshop

Artist Melissa Meier uses natural materials to fashion (pun intended) her artworks. This class is perfect for nature lovers, artists, and anyone looking for a unique creative experience.
Melissa will teach her signature techniques for planning, placement, and design as guests create headpieces using natural materials collected from Descanso’s grounds.
$40 members, $50 non-members. Advance registration required, registration opens to members on March 5 at 10am and to non-members on March 10 at 10am.
About Melissa Meier
Melissa Meier is a multidisciplinary artist celebrated for her intricate, organic constructions that blend elements of fashion and assemblage. Using an array of natural materials, she crafts unique, textured pieces that explore the intersections of art, nature, and adornment. Melissa graduated from ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena.
