Wearable Nature Art Workshop

Artist Melissa Meier, whose work is featured in Daphne’s Wardrobe, uses natural materials to fashion her artworks, pun intended. This class is perfect for nature lovers, artists, and anyone looking for a unique creative experience.
Melissa will teach her signature techniques for planning, placement, and design as guests create headpieces using natural materials collected from Descanso’s grounds.

About Melissa Meier
Melissa Meier is a multidisciplinary artist celebrated for her intricate, organic constructions that blend elements of fashion and assemblage. Using an array of natural materials, she crafts unique, textured pieces that explore the intersections of art, nature, and adornment. Melissa graduated from ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena.
